Maine Notary Net Mobile Signing Services Division has a staff of two (2) Notaries Public and plan to have Notaries in other areas of Maine we do not cover to serve you better.

Bangor, Maine is located in Southwest Penobscot County in Eastern Maine. Areas around Bangor are Brewer, Eddington, Glenburn, Hampden, Hermon, Holden, Levant, Old Town, Orono, Orrington, & Veazie.

We may service other areas on a case-by-case basis (additional fees apply) or be able to refer you to another notary that does serve the area you require, so please contact us first for fast, courteous service.

To picture Maine - Take the length of California, squash it to 1/3 the length, and add mountains everywhere. may show 35 miles but that may take an hour or more to get to (on a good day).

Our staff associates have provided copies of their Notary Commission Certificate, Driver's License/State ID, and an unsigned copy of an I-9 (IRS Tax Form) & if they have it (though not required in Maine) a copy of their Notary Bond and E&O insurance policy coverage.
