Maine Notary Net

We here at the Maine Notary Net home office have been working on setting up new and value added services for Notaries Public in Maine wishing to join our service.

We currently charge $24/Year for a listing on our site (which we are still working to upgrade via the Notary Secion here) but now not only a listing here on mainenotarynet.org but you also will be listed on mainenotarynet.tel.

For those that have never heard of a dot tel site, they are specially designed sites that need no web host as they run right off of the places that find websites for you (called DNS nameservers). This is ideal for smart phones that have web capability to find a notary fast.

Now there is another organization in maine that you can get listed on if you join their group (which I also recommend you do) and they have a wedding / mobile signing agent / dedimus justice / and a list of those willing to teach adult ed classes. Their lists are in a database type file and is up to date (as far as I know).

Dedimus Justices can get a listing for free by contacting the home office. Notaries can be listed in multiple catagories and in multiple counties if they wish.

Another of our added services is an internal extension for your computer (or we can forward it to your home/cell phone for an additional $10.00 a year and if through your computer (we will work with you to set this up) outbound national calling at cheap reated via a virtual calling card. The internal extension, when trough your computer, will allow for answering calls in your chosen counties for notary services in a ring all first answer gets job or in a sequencial top to bottom (Premium members get calls first - more on Premium in another post).

We ideally would like to get 3 premium members and 20 (premium/basic members) per county - but the more the better.
