Interested Notary Public(s) - How it Works

A Prospective Notary Public uses our Sign-up Form Page -- Use the small print icon to print this 3 page form, or download it from here, to fill in and submit to the Home Office in Bangor, ME for processing.
- A submission to the Home Office is deemed as Interest Only until payment is made either through paypal (see our store section to join now) or by check/money order made payable to the Kevin M Carman (the fees for a business account for the very few check we got made it financial suicide, so it is under the founder's name for now. If we get large enough a new business account will be made) -- Our mailing is found here
Once payment is received the Home Office:
1. Assigns a membership ID (sent via email or text message)
2. adds the new member to the Find a Network Agent Page
3. Creates a Detail Page from the info provided on the sign up form
4. Assigns a PBX system extension for calls to be sent to you and the credentials to call out our system as well.
  This pbx phone system is on the Shared PBX Phone System which is run by us as well.
