Interested Notary Public(s) - How it Works

1. A Prospective Notary Public uses our Sign-up Form Page -- Use the small print icon to print this 3 page form, or download it from here --to fill in and submit to the Home Office in Bangor, ME for processing.
   • A submission to the Home Office is deemed as Interest Only until payment is made either through paypal (see our store section to join now) or by check/money order made payable to the Maine Notary Net -- Our mailing is found here
2. Once payment is received the Home Office:
   1. Assigns a membership ID (sent via email or text message)
   2. adds the new member to the
   3. Creates a Detail Page from the info provided on the sign up form
